Do your employees need health and wellbeing support at work?
If you have employees who are at risk of being off work, or away from their job due to sickness, then Wellbeing through Work can help.
Our advisors can support your workforce by identifying the health and employment needs of your employee, to develop a tailored package of support to enable them to remain in work or to facilitate a safe return to work.
We offer:
- support at no cost to the employer
- a dedicated Case Manager
- one-to-one support in relation to health and employment needs
- access to a range of services
The benefits for your organisation
Supporting staff health, wellbeing and safety brings economic benefits through increased productivity, reduced sickness absence and improved staff retention.
Our aim is to help your organisation deliver a better service through a stronger and healthier workforce, leading to more business and increased productivity.
Your employees can get our support if they:
- live or work in Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot or Swansea, and
- work within your organisation, or
- volunteer at your organisation for no more than 16 hours a week
