Sion Charles

Project Director
Sion joined the Wellbeing through Work Team in January 2010. Sion manages the strategic aspects of the Wellbeing through Work project. Sion engages with the project’s stakeholders, and reviews high-level deliverables to ensure the project is meeting its objectives.

Charlotte Harvey
Project Officer & Communications Co-ordinator
Charlotte joined the Wellbeing through Work Team in November 2009. Charlotte ensures the effective provision of office services to Project staff and manages communication and marketing activity for the Project.
   




Hazel Dixon

Partnerships Contracts Manager
Hazel joined the Wellbeing through Work Team in February 2011. Hazel ensures the delivery of contracts within contractual deadlines. Hazel supports the Finance Manager to ensure that all documents are in place to evidence and support the claims.

Meet the Delivery Team  
Carole Elford
Employment Lead
Carole joined the Wellbeing through Work Team in April 2008.  Carole manages the Employment Advisors in the team to ensure a quality service is delivered to all individuals.  Carole is also responsible for the strategic promotion of the Wellbeing through Work Project
   
Helyn Kirtley
Employment Advisor
Helyn joined the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team in February 2012 as a secondment from the Department of Transport.  Helyn supports individuals with employment related issues such as returning to work after a period of absence, reasonable adjustments and informal mediation.
 
Lyn Morris
Senior Physiotherapist Advisor
Lyn is the Senior Physiotherapist Advisor for the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team.  Lyn supports individuals with musculoskeletal related issues by offering assessment, advice and guidance via a case management approach.
   
Rachel Turner
Occupational Therapist
Rachel joined the team in January 2012 and is an Occupational Therapist seconded from the NHS.  Rachel facilitates the Managing your Wellbeing course as well as working with people on a one to one basis to help them manage their emotional health and wellbeing

Joseph Dobbins
Physiotherapist/Wellbeing through Work Advisor
Joseph joined the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team in October 2011.  Joseph adopts a case management approach for individuals who refer with musculoskeletal problems.  Joseph supports the individual through their care plan, monitors and ensures that it is the right intervention, in the right place, at the right time.
 
Paul Dunning
Clinical Team Manager
Paul joined the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team in October 2011.  Paul manages and leads the Health Professionals in the team and is responsible for ensuring a high quality clinical service is delivered to participants in order to improve health and wellbeing.
 
Dill Evans
Support Worker
Dill joined the NHS in 1998.  Dill worked in Mental Health and Wellbeing Services until he joined the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team in October 2011.  Dill provides support to individuals, organises and co-facilitates individual work groups.
 
Nicky Thomas
Occupational Therapist
Nicky is an Occupational Therapist Advisor working within the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team.  Nicky has previously worked for the Condition Management Programme and moved across to Wellbeing through Work in October 2011.  Nicky undertakes initial assessments and delivers interventions via telecare and face to face support.  She also facilitates Managing Your Wellbeing courses.
 
 
Jennifer Allan
Occupational Therapist Advisor
Jenni joined the Wellbeing through Work Service Delivery Team in February 2012 and is an Occupational Therapist Advisor.  Jenni works on a one to one basis with individuals to help them to manage their emotional wellbeing issues.  Jenni also facilitates the Wellbeing through Work courses.
