The Wellbeing through Work project is managed and delivered by Remploy in partnership with Abertawe Bro Morgannwg Health Board, and funded by the EUs European Social Fund.

Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board is responsible for the provision of primary care, and integrated secondary care hospital services in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.  The Wellbeing through Work delivery team include experienced health professionals (e.g. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists) offering a wide range of interventions to meet the needs of the individuals using the service.
